Ubitium raises $14 million for its physical-AI processor

Ubitium has raised $14 million in new seed funding led by Ibex Investors, bringing total seed funding to $18 million, Tech.eu reports. Its UB108 demonstration chip uses 256 processing elements on Samsung's 8 nm process to combine signal processing, AI inference and real-time control. The planned commercial UB410 has 4,096 elements. Tape-out and delivery of evaluation units are planned for 2027, not already complete.
