Frore adds diamond heat spreaders to GPU liquid-cooling coldplates

Frore Systems has introduced LiquidJet Diamond, a coldplate combining its three-dimensional, ultra-short coolant channels with diamond heat spreaders positioned above processor hotspots. The design directs coolant first to the hottest regions before cooling the rest of the GPU, memory and other chiplets. The company's specifications claim hotspot cooling up to 770 W/cm² on a 5 mm × 5 mm area, with 25°C inlet coolant and a 95°C maximum junction temperature, for an unlidded package using PTM7950 thermal interface material. Frore also projects lower GPU temperatures and up to 35% more AI tokens per watt. Those are vendor claims and models, not independently verified production benchmarks. The deep-tech contribution is the cooling architecture and integrated diamond spreader for AI-compute hardware, not an AI application. Commercial benefit depends on packaging, operating conditions, cost and long-term reliability. Scheduled trade-show demonstrations do not by themselves establish fleet-scale deployment.
