Growth capital from India, for India and the world.
Enterprise technology, consumer platforms and selected deeptech.
Connect Now01 / The fund
Iron Pillar backs enterprise and consumer technology companies building core products from India for India and global markets. Its growth-stage strategy combines capital, global business development, go-to-market support and access to later capital. Its portfolio includes genuine engineered systems and biotechnology as well as software, consumer commerce and services. The latter are retained, not relabelled deeptech.
A November 2025 founder interview describes initial cheques of $10-15 million, generally into businesses with $4-10 million annual recurring revenue. These are dated interview terms, not a new guaranteed offer or universal minimum. The April 2023 Global Cloud Fund II close targeted Series B/C software companies; contemporary reporting described $8-12 million tickets. Different vehicle and date, not one interchangeable range.
The manager announced a $129 million Global Cloud Fund II close on 5 April 2023, explicitly part of the Fund II series of vehicles. This is not the size of every Iron Pillar vehicle or the sum available today. The maiden fund closed at $90 million in 2018; a separately raised $45 million top-up closed in 2020. August 2025 reporting and the current manager timeline identify India Fund II closed, but no fully accessible final-close amount was established. SIDBI's table lists ₹960 crore as India Fund II fund size and ₹96 crore sanctioned commitment; a listed fund size is not independently audited capital raised or disbursed.
The current manager site states $400m+ AUM, while April 2023 reporting used nearly $500m including vehicles and SPVs. These differently dated and defined figures are not totalled or presented as dry powder. No current available-capital or return claim is made. The legal platform spans onshore India and offshore vehicles, not one undifferentiated fund.

21 public relationship records: 19 identities displayed by the current manager plus off-grid Orange Health Labs and historical Pando. This is not a claim to 21 unchanged current holdings, 21 independent original investments or a complete private holding register. Manager history, company sources, filing-based reporting and current personal roles were reconciled. Older 18-investment manager counters and database transaction counts are not used as the current unique-company total.
Freehand is the manager's current display name; its own February 2026 announcement says formerly Pando. However, Fleetx's August 2026 acquisition announcement says Pando TMS continues as a distinct brand with its own leadership and product. Both public records are retained with this lineage caveat rather than silently collapsed, or treated as two unchanged fund positions. No legal allocation between them is inferred.
Chakr is Energy & Materials for emissions-control hardware and materials. SEDEMAC is Physical AI for embedded powertrain-control systems, not Semiconductors. Vyome is BioTech. Sibros connected-vehicle infrastructure, ToneTag payments, healthcare workflow software and Orange Health's routine diagnostics services stay in Others. There is no evidenced Space Tech or Quantum holding here.
All 21 own sites were inspected on 2 November 2026. The manager's Uniphore link incorrectly points to Ushur; it is corrected to Uniphore's verified own site. Testimonials for Curefoods and Flipspaces are swapped on the manager page, so names, marks and destinations are independently matched rather than taking adjacent quotes as identity evidence. All company marks are authentic manager or ownsite assets.

Emissions-control hardware and materials that reduce diesel-generator particulate pollution.
Holding source ↗
Embedded control units and proprietary powertrain-control technology for engines, generators and electric mobility. A systems/control company, not a chip fabrication business.
Holding source ↗
Biotechnology and therapeutic development, with a public US-India healthcare platform.
Holding source ↗
Omnichannel jewellery retail and commerce. Public listing does not make it a deeptech holding.
Holding source ↗
Commercial interior design, visualization and project execution platform.
Holding source ↗
Healthcare practice-management and primary-care workflow software, not drug discovery.
Holding source ↗
AI agents for supply-chain spend, procurement and accounts payable. Own announcement says formerly Pando, but the Pando TMS brand was separately acquired in 2026.
Holding source ↗
Digital marketing, local-business web presence and commerce software.
Holding source ↗
Connected-vehicle software for over-the-air updates, data logging and remote commands. Software infrastructure, not autonomous driving hardware.
Holding source ↗
Government-exam preparation, online learning and assessment. Historical investment retained; not assumed an unchanged current holding.
Holding source ↗
Sound-wave-based payment and proximity infrastructure. Financial technology, not quantum or chip manufacturing.
Holding source ↗
Enterprise AI, conversational automation and data/knowledge software.
Manager destination incorrectly links to Ushur; corrected to verified Uniphore own site.
Holding source ↗
Historical logistics and transport-management software investment. Fleetx announced acquisition on 20 August 2026 and says Pando continues as a distinct brand. Freehand is separately displayed by the current manager; related lineage is qualified, not assumed two unchanged investments.
Holding source ↗
Diagnostics labs, routine health testing and home sample collection. Filing-based June 2026 reporting identifies Iron Pillar India as Series C lead; Anand personally lists a board role from July 2026. Not classified drug discovery.
Holding source ↗NowFloats was acquired by Reliance in 2019. SEDEMAC is retained as history: the partner reported an exit through a secondary transaction in 2025, rather than assuming a later IPO was Iron Pillar's exit. BlueStone and Vyome public-market transitions do not establish unchanged ownership or a fully realised fund exit. Testbook's later acquisition reporting concerns some shareholders; the original fund relationship is retained without guessing current ownership. Orange Health's June 2026 filing-based report identifies Iron Pillar India as lead investor, supported by Anand's current July 2026 board role.
Prior DFJ, Morgan Creek, Sequoia, Quona, Bain and other employer investments are not reassigned to Iron Pillar. A company acquisition, adviser relationship or a network member's employer does not automatically become another fund holding.

Venture Partner - Fund I
Fund I-only venture partner, part-time from April 2023; primary current role is CIO at 360 ONE Asset.
LinkedIn profile ↗Eight core investment staff and one separately qualified Fund I venture partner checked against current personal experience on 2 November 2026. Sameer Nath is a part-time Fund I venture partner, not a current full-time Managing Partner; his primary role is CIO at 360 ONE Asset. Archish is VP from April 2026 after Special Advisor. Mikhail personally lists the Investment Team from March 2026. Eight official portraits matched visible personal photos; Sanjna's personal portrait was unavailable, so her official portrait is qualified beside her card.
Samay, Rohit Sujanani and Mohnish are finance; Shekar is portfolio finance and credit, not an established equity investment contact; Sumit is Chief of Staff. They and office/support staff are excluded. The separate Iron Pillar Network consists of operating advisers, not automatically investment staff or LPs.

Five publicly named institutional relationships are supported below. They belong to specified dated funds or vehicles, not every Iron Pillar fund. Undisclosed endowments, foundations and family offices are not turned into guessed identities. Investment commitments and sanctions are not necessarily cash disbursed.
DFC's 3 April 2024 announcement approves a $10 million equity investment in Iron Pillar India Fund II. OPIC's 5 October 2018 announcement separately confirms its maiden-fund commitment. These are one institutional lineage, not two independent LPs. Approval is not proof of full disbursement.
Institution's own disclosure ↗The official FFS commitment table identifies Iron Pillar India Fund II with ₹96 crore sanctioned against a ₹960 crore listed fund size. Sanctioned is not disbursed. Earlier Fund I anchor participation is separately supported by 2017 reporting.
Official commitment table ↗The manager's 6 July 2021 announcement confirms a $10 million investment in Fund II. Adil Allana's Board Partner role is not a second personal LP commitment and is not assumed a current investment-team role.
Manager commitment announcement ↗May 2020 top-up reporting names 57 Stars among new institutional investors. April 2023 reporting separately identifies it as an existing LP in Global Cloud Fund II. Other unnamed institutions are not inferred.
Dated LP disclosure ↗May 2017 reporting identifies IIFL as a maiden India Fund anchor. The contemporary quote is attributed to IIFL Wealth Management. The exact subscribing entity and any later rename are not established here, so this is not silently relabelled as a current 360 ONE commitment.
Contemporary anchor disclosure ↗Institutional cards intentionally use names, not portraits of executives who may not represent the subscribing entity. The Iron Pillar Network, co-investors, advisers and their employers are not LPs without separate commitment evidence. No complete LP register or current ownership percentage is claimed. Checked 2 November 2026.
