LinkedIn profile ↗India / Direct investor

India-focused technology investing from Seed to IPO.
Patient capital across technology-led sectors.
Connect Now01 / The fund
InfoEdge Ventures is the India-focused early-stage investing platform backed by Info Edge and institutional capital. Its own strategy and FY2026 issuer report describe entry cheques of $500,000-5 million at pre-seed through Series A, with follow-on support. The same manager FAQ gives a broader $300,000-5 million range and notes exceptions. These are mandate ranges, not guaranteed offers.
The own about-page headline is $475 million across the platform. It is not labelled as one latest fund close and is kept distinct from dated scheme-level rupee commitments. FY2026 issuer disclosures report Fund I at ₹757.5 crore plus ₹756 crore for Follow-on I, Fund II at ₹1,271.625 crore, and Fund III capital commitments of ₹790.3 crore as of March 2026. A separate later passage says Info Edge entities and Greenland INR Holdings had committed ₹1,000 crore and ₹129 crore respectively through the report date. Those snapshots are not cash deployed, dry powder or sums to casually combine with a manager headline.
The legal manager is Smartweb Internet Services Limited. The ownsite identifies three Category II AIF structures: Info Edge Venture Fund (IN/AIF2/19-20/0761), InfoEdge Capital (IN/AIF2/22-23/1043) and Karkardooma Trust (IN/AIF2/24-25/1712), containing IE Venture Fund I / Follow-on I, IE Venture Investment Fund II and IE Venture Investment Fund III. Capital 2B, Redstart Labs, B8 Growth and A88 deeptech are separate pools. Shared people and a common sponsor do not merge portfolios.
The platform is sector-agnostic, not a specialist deeptech fund. Financial services, consumer commerce, education, enterprise software and health services remain Others unless an evidenced physical, biological, energy or aerospace product justifies a specialist sector.

93 qualified public relationships: all 69 complete records recovered from the manager's own portfolio-page data, plus 24 off-grid identities from issuer disclosures, a reported financing or a current investor's personal investment record. The initial visible gallery exposed only 23 links, so it was not treated as the complete manager portfolio. Eleven balance-sheet predecessor lineages are retained and labelled, not presented as subscriptions from the IEV funds.
The issuer's FY2026 report adds six Fund II identities and 14 Fund III identities missing from the manager data. Meritto/NoPaperForms and Ustraa/VLCC are separately evidenced predecessors. YOGa Clean Air's August 2026 IEV-led financing is reported by Entrackr from a company release, with exact scheme unresolved. AItainment is supported by current IEV investor Sparsh's personal investments/board-support record, not assigned a scheme by inference. This is public-history reconciliation, not a claim to identify all private holdings or every failed or undisclosed investment.
BlueStone's Fund I / II crossholding is counted once. Brance/30 Sundays, Fanclash/Spectatr.ai, Buyeazzy/Glamzy, Urban Harvest/Momentum, Eternal/Zomato and PB Fintech/Policybazaar retain their lineage rather than creating duplicate companies. Public-market transitions and acquisitions are not assumed to leave ownership unchanged. Capital 2B-only and Redstart-only names stay outside this profile.
Own sites and readable company pages were checked on 2 November 2026. Failed, blocked, sparse or changed destinations are qualified. The manager incorrectly sends Phot.ai to Shoppin: Phot.ai's own destination is corrected. Its Shoppin destination now presents a custom-clothing store, so that unresolved continuity links back to the manager instead. Authentic own/manager marks are used where safely matched; fallback labels say so. Customer marks were rejected during visual inspection.
Anscer is Physical AI. Clean Electric, Transitry, Climitra and YOGa are Energy & Materials for actual battery, soil/biochar or air-engineering systems. Biostate and Temple are BioTech for wet-lab/biomedical work and a research wearable; no efficacy or regulatory approval is inferred. Skylark Drones, LAT Aerospace and Ulook are Space Tech/aerospace. Polymerize is R&D software, Mirana consumer toy electronics and Evoke a clinic network, so not silently promoted into specialist sectors.

Qualified name label, not an authentic logo.
Holding source ↗Fund I's issuer report says 29 investments but its current named synopsis has fewer rows; the page does not invent the unnamed remainder. The manager data also preserves Yojak and 1K Retail. Rishabh's historical balance-sheet work includes Meritto; the issuer reports Ustraa subsumed into VLCC. Those are kept visible without implying a current private stake in the original independent company.
Rishabh and Sanika now also work with Info Edge Growth. Yes Madam and other newer Growth deals are not automatically IEV investments. Likewise Kavya's earlier Elevation portfolio, Sparsh's Neon deals and Sahil's Riverwalk investments remain previous-employer experience unless separately evidenced here. Redstart ePlane, CynLr, String Bio and Unbox Robotics and Capital 2B's Matter, Manastu and Pantherun are not silently reassigned.

Vice President, Growth · shared IEV I role
Personal experience identifies Growth Vice President and separately says also part of Infoedge Ventures Fund I and Capital 2B, with fund-specific portfolios. A shared IEV I contact, not an inferred core IEV appointment.
LinkedIn profile ↗Fourteen investment/founder contacts retained after the 2 November 2026 current-contact review. Twelve portraits were matched with current personal profiles; Amit and Abhay use their personal-profile portraits. Sanjeev is shown with his actual Info Edge founder title, without inventing a separate VC partner appointment. Current personal records update stale manager titles: Saloni is AVP, Sparsh AVP and Aakarsh Senior Associate.
Rishabh and Sanika retain IEV responsibilities alongside newer Growth roles. Amit personally names IEV within his shared-platform investment role. Abhay personally identifies IEV Fund I responsibilities alongside Growth and Capital 2B. These qualified shared contacts are not presented as separate core IEV appointments. Operations, finance, legal, compliance and administration are excluded. Earlier employers and newer Growth investments are not silently transferred into the IEV portfolio.

Named institutional capital providers are kept separate from investment staff and company-level co-investors. These scheme-specific disclosures are dated commitments, not proof all cash has been drawn or of a complete current register.
The corporate anchor and its subsidiaries supply capital across the IEV schemes. FY2026 disclosures describe ₹1,000 crore committed by group entities to Fund III through the report date. Smartweb is manager/sponsor; its sponsor commitment is not a fifth outside LP. The group's operating balance sheet is also a distinct source of historical company investments.
Issuer annual report ↗The annual report identifies MacRitchie Investments Pte. Ltd. as an indirect wholly owned Temasek subsidiary and capital provider to Fund I and Follow-on I. The May 2023 Fund II table reports a 44.27% commitment share. It is one subscribing lineage, not separate MacRitchie and Temasek cards. Fund III subscription is not inferred from the prior partnership.
Fund II commitment table ↗The May 2023 disclosure identifies a ₹140.625 crore Fund II commitment, 11.07% of its then revised ₹1,270.625 crore corpus. The FY2026 report later states ₹1,271.625 crore. Both dates are retained rather than silently treating the earlier amount as latest. No ultimate owner or Fund III participation is guessed.
Named subscriber disclosure ↗July 2025's primary contribution agreement names a conditional ₹90.3 crore Fund III commitment, 11.35% of signed commitments then. FY2026's later report says Greenland INR Holdings committed ₹129 crore through its report date. The later update is not conflated with the original agreement amount. Ultimate ownership and affiliation are not inferred.
Original agreement disclosure ↗The annual report also contains employee-welfare trust and a differently named Greenland H Holdings in consolidated non-controlling-interest rows. Those consolidated accounting rows do not alone assign an additional subscriber to a specific IEV scheme here. Company co-investors and government allocations to investee companies are not fund LPs. Checked 2 November 2026.
