Patient capital after the early stage

Info Edge Growth is the growth-stage platform associated with B8 Fund I. The issuer identifies B8 Fund I as a scheme of B8 Trust, a SEBI Category II AIF, with wholly owned Smartweb Internet Services Limited as sponsor and investment manager. Its mandate is growth-stage tech-enabled companies in India or primarily focused on India. Personally checked investment records describe Series B and later companies across consumer technology, enterprise AI, fintech infrastructure and frontier technology.

The scheme launched February 12, 2026. A February 26 board approval authorized up to ₹250 crore of group contributions. The FY2026 annual report records ₹250 crore committed and ₹125 crore drawn through March 31, 2026. A later July 6 approval adds up to ₹180 crore over the earlier ₹250 crore, giving up to ₹430 crore of approved group commitments. These are dated approvals and drawdowns, not a verified close, uninvested cash balance or current dry powder. A typical cheque size has not been independently verified.

The July filing identifies March 12, 2026 as first closing, with an eight-year scheme life and a possible two-year extension requiring two-thirds contributor consent. The portfolio is not restricted mechanically to Series B: transaction adviser Khaitan identifies Yes Madam's B8 financing as a Series A. That exception is kept visible.

Info Edge's broader balance-sheet and AIF platform has a much longer history. Its cross-platform startup totals and fund leaders' prior investments are not B8 holdings. This profile uses issuer filings, a primary transaction adviser and directly checked investor records. The heading is a name label, not a claimed official logo.

Explore the public Growth relationships

Three companies personally identified by investment partner Rishabh in his 2026-onward Growth portfolio, cross-checked with company websites. Yes Madam additionally has transaction-adviser confirmation naming B8 Fund I. Rusk and Momentum remain qualified Growth relationships rather than an independently verified B8 legal cap table. This is public coverage, not an exhaustive claim about undisclosed holdings.

Rusk also has earlier IEV Fund I history; Momentum / Urban Harvest appears in the IEV II synopsis. Those relationships are retained, not silently moved into a new fund. Personal prior-role company lists do not expand B8's portfolio. All three businesses remain Others because their current products do not justify a specialist deeptech category.

Digital entertainment and content intellectual-property business for mobile and OTT audiences. The company describes an entertainment platform, not specialist deeptech.

Rishabh lists Rusk among Growth investments from 2026 onward. The issuer also records its earlier IEV Fund I investment; the two fund relationships are not two companies or an inferred transfer.

Food-service supply infrastructure, including processed produce, procurement, warehousing and delivery. Urban Harvest is the operating brand; Momentum is the issuer company lineage.

Rishabh explicitly lists Momentum in the 2026 Growth portfolio. FY2026 also lists Momentum/Urbanharvest in the IEV II synopsis. Its own brand site sells cut produce; not semiconductors, biotech or robotics.
