Inflexor backs early-stage companies with difficult-to-copy technology, technical founders and room to build global businesses. Its public portfolio ranges from semiconductors, space propulsion and materials to medical devices, industrial AI and enterprise software.

Fund III, Inflexor Technology Discovery Fund, announced a roughly ₹400Cr first close in July 2026 against a ₹1,250Cr target. Its reported initial-cheque range is ₹15Cr-₹45Cr, primarily at pre-Series A and Series A, with a planned 22-25-company portfolio. The target is not a final close. One PTI account quotes ₹15Cr-₹25Cr initial investments; the ₹15Cr-₹45Cr launch range is repeated by Mint, VCCircle and BusinessLine.

Fund II closed in 2021 at over ₹600Cr, above a ₹500Cr initial target. A separate ₹350Cr Opportunities Fund closed in 2024, according to July 2026 reporting. The official site reports four funds, $150M+ AUM and 14 exits. Those are firm-wide figures, not claims that this directory has 14 independently verified full exits. Current AIF registration records separately name the Technology Fund, Opportunities Fund, Technology Discovery Fund and its GIFT vehicle.
