The live official FAQ quotes typical investments of $2M-$3M and reserves for follow-on rounds, with seed, pre-Series A and Series A entry. January 2026 Fund IV launch coverage describes an ₹850Cr target plus ₹250Cr greenshoe, ₹1,100Cr including the option. The launch and SEBI filing are not a final close or a claim that the full target has been raised.
Fund III closed in 2023 at a reported ₹500Cr. Fund II was a ₹300Cr vehicle closed in 2016; January 2026 reporting says it returned its initial committed capital. That does not mean every Fund II holding has been fully exited. Pixis was a partial exit with a retained stake.
