01 / The manager

One platform, distinct funds and stages

360 ONE Asset, formerly IIFL Asset Management, invests across early-stage venture capital, growth equity, late-stage private equity, pre-IPO and secondaries. These are separate strategies, not one seed fund. The manager also offers private credit, real assets, renewables and public-market products. A company relationship does not establish which legal scheme owns it today.

Early-stage route: May 2025 reporting records a ₹500 crore seed and Series A fund launch, with ₹10-25 crore cheques and a planned concentrated portfolio of about 25 companies. Domestic consumption, frontier technology, financial-services infrastructure and generative-AI services were named focus areas. That is a dated executive framework, not a verified final close or a cheque range for every strategy.

Defence and Space: the official FY2026 annual report records a ₹1,500 crore final close against a ₹1,000 crore base. This supersedes the January 2026 announcement of ₹1,000 crore raised with final close still expected. The January account names Digantara, CoreEL and Sisir, with investments spanning Series A to pre-IPO. The same announcement says backing was entirely domestic, but does not identify legal LPs.

Scale and other vehicles: as of 31 March 2026, the official report gives overall alternatives and public-market AUM above $10.5 billion, including $3.4 billion across VC/PE and 106 portfolio companies. These dated platform figures are not the 30-company website showcase or the public-history count below. Healthcare, growth and secondaries have distinct mandates. The May 2024 secondaries launch was ₹4,000 crore; May 2025 reporting describes ₹5,000 crore. Their dated scopes are preserved rather than invented into one final-close number. April 2026 PIPE commitments of ₹2,000 crore belong to a separate listed-equity strategy.

History: the January 2023 TrueScale agreement transferred management and sponsorship of its funds to IIFL AMC. Sameer Nath's earlier Iron Pillar investments are not automatically attributed to 360 ONE. IIFL Finance's fintech fund is a different business. Investments through other managers are separated below from direct company relationships.

91 named public company relationships: all 30 manager showcase companies plus supported investment history, reported exits and newer announcements. This is not 91 current holdings, nor a complete legal census of the 106-company FY2026 headline. Historical IIFL, pre-IPO and exited relationships retain their status. Neysa, A4 Hospitals and Believe remain conditional announcements because completion or the stated approval was not independently verified.

Own-company products steer these categories. Space monitoring, satellite systems and radar imaging are Space Tech; drones, defence electronics, robot companions and motor-control systems are Physical AI; batteries, electric vehicles, recycling and mineral-processing technology are Energy & Materials; pharmaceutical development and specialty ingredients are BioTech; AI model infrastructure, diagnostic AI and AI analytics are AI & Compute. Consumer brands, financial services, clinics, games, ordinary software and manufacturing marketplaces remain Others. No quantum or semiconductor holding was established.

Funstop develops mobile games, not arcades. Constelli develops radio-frequency signal and electronic-warfare systems. OneSource is a specialty-pharma development and manufacturing company; Vastu is housing finance. CFlo is the former CDE Asia. Product brands and company renames are not extra investments. White Owl and Kadaieshwar have historical-source destinations because a current own-company destination was not verified. Authentic marks are used where available; other tiles are explicit name labels. All 91 relationships appear in the full gallery, ordered by sector count with Others last.
